I received a damaged POP, which defeats the purpose of investing any time and/or money into purchasing an exclusive POP. I'm shocked that anyone would think it's okay to sell a damaged item as new. I was really looking forward to receiving this item and was very disappointed when I saw the damaged POP. There's a huge area on his chest where the plastic is irreparably destroyed. Selling this item as new is not okay, at all.

The box came damaged, somebody has clearly owned this product before me, opened it and tried to keep the box in a decent condition. Truth is, they failed - part of the box is torn, nearly every side has marks removing the original design, dent in the plastic, what is on Deadpool's eye for God's sake?! And when received, the product was incredibly dusty.

I only hope the bobble head isn't ruined because this is a gift and it would be kind of bad of me to open my friend's gift before he's even seen it.
I shouldn't have to open the gift to know nothing is missing and in good working condition especially since it was sold as a *NEW* item??

1 star because it's here on time and seems genuine - everything else Sucks
