I have used a LOT of pans and this is by far the best I've used. I would highly recommend it, and at this price point, you should pick up several. The quality was supreme!
I am an avid baker and used these molds just about weekly, in fact sometimes multiple times per week, over the last year. The concept greatly appealed to me: the ceramic bases give your bread or pastry heat from below to help with oven spring, while the silicone sides are easy to pop off by simply removing the pin that holds them together.
The first issue I had with this product, however, was that the ceramic bases, unlike the non-stick sides, require you to grease them so your baked goods don't stick. However, the seal against the silicone is flimsy, which causes the oil or butter used to grease the ceramic to drop down through the grommet and along the bottom of the ceramic base, thenceforth onto the bottom of your oven, causing smoke and unwanted odors.
This was a nuisance, but I learned to use just the right amount of oil or butter after a while so as to avoid this issue. However, what is simply unforgivable is that the silicone itself began to literally crack and disintegrate after just a year of normal use. I followed all temperature threshold indications and always washed the item after each use, but even so it began to flake into pieces around the bottoms, again where the oil drips through the loose seal between the ceramic base and the silicone mold.
So now these molds are useless. I caution prospective buyers to look elsewhere. There are alternative molds that are solid silicone which I'm looking into myself, but in any case spare yourself the letdown of this faulty product. And I do hope Lékué will invest in a superior heat-resistant silicone in the future!

The problem is the shape of the bottom plate. It is not straight rectangular as the product image might lead you to believe: In fact it is wider in the middle, and on top of that the edges are round. As a result the silicone does not seal the plate adequately around the bottom edge, and the shape of the plate pulls the front seal (where the pin holds it together) apart. So if whatever you use the pan for is only a little bit liquid then it leaks around the bottom, and through the front.
In a sentence, the pan is unusable for anything except solid dough.

Other customers have mentioned the mix leaked. It didn't for me. No issues with the fit. The three components fitted well together.
I have not tried this in an oven as I don't have one.
