A vegan diet is one that consists of only plant-derived foods. Vegans don't use or consume any animals or animal products including flesh. The most nutritious and inexpensive vegan foods which can be found in any supermarket, are fresh produce, grains, legumes and nuts/seeds. These should make up the bulk of the diet for optimum health. The vegan recipes in this book will surely keep your body’s organs working at peak performance. I have never read a recipe book with this many varieties! They are really mouth watering recipes!

At first, I was a bit worried that this diet would have a negative effect on my body (considering I loved to eat beef, meat, fish) and the immediate transition could cause protein deficiency. However, the diet proved me wrong; the book contained recipes that has protein rich ingredients which really were nice. I really felt cleansed and energized all the time and helped me lose weight in a few months with just having light exercise. I highly recommend this to those who love swimming or running.

I love the recipes. I can't wait to make one. I like the combination of ingredients. It feels like I can already taste the final dish. This is good for me since I will not be thinking about dieting stress anymore. This is the kind of diet that I am looking for wherein I can eat the food that I like the most because I will not be deprived of those foods anymore. This is a must try.

This book provides a very delicious easy to make vegan recipe. It has the most biggest list of vegan recipes in one book. Breakfasts, appetizers, soups, snacks, lunches, salads, side dishes, and dinner vegan recipes. I really like this book it almost provides most delicious recipes.

Trying to eat more healthy which means eating more veggies can be challenging. Not being a creative chef I tend to get board with the every day salad. So this book was an great addition to my book collection! It does only help to eat more healthy and delicious veggies it score some awesome point with my vegan friends as well! They enjoyed the Waldorf Salad very much!

first of, i am not vegan, but i love vegetable dishes. the ones in the book are great, especially the one using couscous. it is great for the summer and i am looking forward to trying out other things. great cookbook

This is definitely another addition to my cookbook collections. While I haven't gone fully vegan, I find the dishes nutritiously healthy. I will definitely try some that I know my family would love and give them a dose of the veggies they need.
