Sil Lai Abrams has created a remarkable work that has given me more than just hope (lots of books have given me hope)... it's also given me an action plan that works!
The word in the title that matters most is "simple," because these really are simple steps. What could be more simple than searching for and acknowledging the truth (Step 1), accepting it (Step 2) and then taking action (Step 3)?
While the steps themselves are easy to wrap one's head around and simple enough to immediately see their importance, the effort required by actually taking the steps isn't. Sometimes, it can be gut-wrenching. I've spent a week coming to terms with a relationship that isn't good for me. The gut-wrenching part? I've known all along that it wasn't good. Instead of seeing it for what it really is (she's not over her ex), I've tried to convince myself that things were getting better, that we were making progress, and that it will soon be different.
Step 1 requires that I strip away my wishful thinking and see it, the truth, for what it is (she doesn't love me and probably never will), Step 2 requires that I accept it (ouch!), and Step 3 requires that I take action (in this case, end it and move on). Yes, it feels awful, but it's real and staring me in the face. I can't avoid it for even a moment longer. Yes, I am heartbroken and have cried a thousand tears. More importantly, yes, I know I deserve to be in a relationship with someone who can actually love me back!
For the first time in a very long time I am happy. I have hope. I can once again focus on the things that matter and on the people in my life I truly love. For the first time in a very long time, my life feels real and I feel I'm not living a lie, and I can't thank Sil Lai enough for helping me get here.
To be self-empowered is a life-long commitment and at 55, I'm just getting started, but I am so glad to be on this path now, one that is rooted in the truth, allows me to make good decisions, and eliminate the drama that bad decisions used to bring about. Today is a very good day, and No More Drama has helped make it so.
Sincerely,
Audrey Woodley

You said in No More Drama "A self-empowered woman is one who has made a conscious choice to evaluate her life and restructure it to best suit her personal needs" and "Our moral code is only as effective as the actions we take to live by it. Staying committed to it is not always easy but it's ultimately the only thing to do if we want to be self-empowered."
I am a God-fearing, self-empowered woman who makes decisions based on Facts and Truths not Fears and Feelings! God bless you.

The information is down to earth and easy to understand. You can change your own life and this book provides the steps on how to do just that. I now can quickly identify what is drama. This book transformed with my own anxiety, and fears in so many ways as I am a trauma and domestic violence survivor as well as a bereaved parent. The book was worth it's weight in gold!
It healed so much of the brokenness in me and I can't thank you enough for writing this.
