April: Calendar Girl Book 4 Kindle Edition
–Katy Evans, NYT Bestselling Author
Synopsis
Baseball, beer, and a hot boy. Nothing can beat that. Until I meet Mason “Mace” Murphy the next “it” pitcher for the Boston Red Sox and my client. He’s immature, arrogant, sexy as sin, and the last man that’s going to get into my panties. He’s not used to hearing the word no from women, so I’m going to spell it out for him.
N = Not going to happen.
O = Out of your league buddy.
I was hired to cuddle up to the annoying, beautiful athlete, and give prospective advertisers and fans a different view of this hot-shot professional baller.
Only he’s everything I detest in a man all wrapped into a dream package. Baseball player, talented, athletic body, sculpted face, and ass you can bounce quarters off of. Unfortunately, he also believes he’s God’s gift to women, a man-whore, throws money around like it grows on trees, and conceited. The challenge for him, to break down my defenses and get in there. My challenge, avoid hopping in the sack with him at all costs.

With Wes.
For this month, April Mia is in Boston, to calm down a skirt chasing womanizer party boy of a pitcher! The Pr people are trying to get him some good Pr instead of all the bad that he has earned himself. Mason is cocky, and full of himself, and right away he thinks Mia is gonna be a push over! WRONG! Our girl is gonna give him a run for his money, and he will learn a lot about himself and Mia will learn how to stand up for herself and how
strong she is and something she is good at besides sex! Even if you hate serials you should give this one a try, first off you get over a hundred pages for only $.99 which is less than a penny a page! You get a great little story that keeps you looking forward to the next month, and at the end of the year you will have only spent $12.00 for all the books, a bargain and over 1200 pages of reading! I know of books that cost that much with only 300 pages! These books come out toward the end of the month every month, and I find myself wishing my month away just to find out what Mia is
going to do next month! If you miss out on this serial you will be missing some GREAT stories! Do yourself a favor and One Click on the January Calendar Girl and see if you like it! I bet you will be just as hooked as I am!
Thank-You!!
I will say hunky baseball player Mason “Mace” Murphy had me pissed and laughing throughout this book. One minute I wanted to give into him and the next, I wanted to punch him in his face. By the end, I realized I had misjudged him. Mace knew deep down what he always wanted but needed Mia to help him see the light and find his way and to realize he was worth so much more and deserved more.
The way Mia handled Mace was awesome. She has really grown up throughout this series. She knows she has a task to do and does it. I have loved how she has become a little cupid herself the past two books. She wants everyone to have love even if she does not know if it will ever be in the cards for her.
One of my favorite things about this series is that Mia never lets the jealousy and snide comments get to her. She figures out what buttons to push back and does it with finesse.
I must say I loved seeing Frenchie again!! He always has me smiling. I was at a loss for words and even got teary eyed though when she called Wes and that woman answered his phone, how dare she! Who does she think she is? I know that he is lost while she is trying to figure things out herself, and misses her so. The two just need to get together already.
Wes’s text messages to Mia are always so sweet and heartfelt. I just want Mia to hop on a plane and use her Key!

I was hired to snuggle up to the annoying baseball athlete, and I have to give prospective advertisers and fans a different view of this bad boy professional ball player.
Mace is everything I detest in a man all wrapped up into a dream package. He's a baseball player, with a talented and athletic body, a sculpted face to drool over, ooh and an ass you can bounce quarters off. Unfortunately Mace also believes he’s God’s gift to women. In other words he's a man-whore who throws a lot money around like it grows on trees and extremely conceited. The challenge for him, is to break down my defenses. My challenge is to avoid hopping in bed with him at all costs.
Audrey Carlan is amazing. If i could give more than 5 * i would

In the stories, she is insistent that she is not a w*ore, yet she kind of acts like it.
Also, she seems to have dating a lot of famous men and yet no negative repercussions from the press who, let's be honest, in real life would have a field if they kept seeing the same women with a different famous man each month! Its just not...believable.
The books are entertaining reads, but parts do make me roll my eyes and I struggle to feel for her.
I'm in this till the end because I want to see how the author ends it (hoping it won't be as hole ridden as the rest of the plots.
