It works well with our Samsung J7 smart phone. It is well constructed and we have had no problems or issues with it. To take a photo, we place the phone in the clamp, insert its cord into the phone, and press the button on the hand grip to trigger the camera (take a picture). We actually purchased several of these, including a few as gifts. The first one we purchased lasted a little over a year before a part broke. But it was used a LOT in that time (several trips and family events) taking well over a thousand photos.

No batteries to charge! Now we never have to ask strangers to take pictures for us while on vacation! Only negative is the wire plug that connects the iPhone 6 plus just barely reaches the jack on the phone and looks like the weakest link on the product. At first could not get the camera on my Moto G to work with the Selfie Stick and on contacting JETech, a replacement was sent within a day.This time I had a LGL41C along with the Moto G.I tried the Selfie Stick on the Moto G but the camera did not work, however it DID work on the LGL41C.Manual said to download Camera 360, which I did but still did not work with pushing the button. Did not give up and on exploring Camera 360 ,I found a timer which I set at 3 secs and the camera on the Moto G DID work with the Selfie Stick. My wife was so happy to get selfies with the Selfie Stick that she took dozens of selfies.
Shipment was made promptly and the product was WELL built and held both phones securely.

**update- about nine months after purchasing when trying to tighten up part of the apparatus that holds the camera in place something irritated my finger although I never saw any kind of splinter or any cut in my finger it was very sore for about a week afterwards. I have decided I'm not using this product again because of how painful it was. My husband looked over the product I looked over the product we can't figure out what it was that hurt my finger but it was bad enough that I'm not going to chance it again so I purchased another one from a different site .

Update: We used this Selfie Stick last year on vacation and it was great. This year I got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) that has an exceptional camera on it, so I was determined to take more pictures than usual. I find you get better shots since you hold the handle and push the button much easier than without using the selfie stick (less 'shake'). I was using my phone to play tunes in the rental car and use the GPS, and it was getting a bit hot, so I put the phone on the selfie stick and held it easily near the AC vent--that would have been a real chore without the stick. You often get a better vantage point for photos, being able to hold it up high, or at an angle that would be difficult, or perhaps risk dropping your camera. I often kept my phone on it in my bag to be ready to take a picture at a moments notice, and since I left it plugged in, I didn't have to 'wake up' my phone each time in between photos.

I was so excited to receive this item, and I only used it to take about 5 pictures before it broke. It broke the day I got to Europe, and as many times as I pressed the button, it just would not take any more pictures! I was so disappointed, and there was no way to fix it. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on it, because I ended up throwing it away the day I got to Europe, as it was useless and taking up space in my bag. This product disappointed me, and I was very upset that I didn't get to use it on my trip. Along with the button breaking, the phone would weigh the end down and flip upside down, even when I tightened it!

Producto totalmente recomendable. Antes tenía un selfie stick con Bluetooth. Era un rollo. Tuve muchos problemas de conexión. Y luego el problema de la batería. Primero: cuando no usaste el stick Bluetooth durante un tiempo, la batería se quedo sin energia, así que no podías usar el stick. Segundo: Encendiste el stick Bluetooth, lo usaste, y despues de una hora ya se quedó sin batería, como había quedado encendido, lo que no se podía ver por la luz, porque había mucho sol, y la luz no se veía.

Pues, todos estos rollos, con este JETech Palo Selfie Stick no te pasará. Conectas el cable al móvil (iPhone 6 en este caso), y puedes hacer las fotos q quieras, usando el botón del stick. Producto muy práctico. Lo recomiendo. Ah, y el precio tb está muy bueno.

This is the perfect selfie stick. I've bought quite a few different selfie sticks in the past but I have to say this is the best! Very easy to use. Didn't even need to read the instructions! You just open it up stick the wire into your phone and hey presto it's working! No more having to charge the selfie stick and having my phone run out of battery because of the Bluetooth! I absolutely love how it's so simple to connect to the phone. And the stick itself is made out of good sturdy material. Some of my other selfie sticks have felt flimsy or sometimes the button gets stiff after awhile. The phone holder is also good, my phone didn't slip out once. I also liked how you could fold it up, the camera holder also folds over to make it smaller in size when not in use. I did notice that it doesn't work when taking selfie videos, but it was still great to use as a holder for vids. Would highly recommend.
