This tote took a very long time to arrive, but I was expecting that. It took probably about a month or maybe a little longer to get it. But it arrived in perfect shape and it seems to be a very nice quality. I actually am using this to keep my makeup and toiletries in to take when I travel. It has a nice protective coating inside so that if anything spills, it would be easy to clean. I also like the extra pocket on the outside to keep little extras in. I will say, the handles are a bit flimsy, so if you're using it every day as a lunch tote, carrying heavy items in it, the handles may not hold up too well. But for me, it works perfectly for my makeup. I am very pleased with this purchase and you can't beat the price.

Well for this lunch bag you get what you pay for had it for about 2weeks and one of the handles tore off about 2 weeks later the other handle tore off so to say the least I am now looking for another lunch bag that I am willing to pay a little more for quality instead of thinking what a great deal

I'm not going to lie, I was very disappointed since the picture shows a nice size handle to be able to hold the bag with, the one I received looked nothing like that at all and the handle was between 1/4 to 1/3 as the size shown. If had spent spend more for it I would have seen about getting a refund, not sure if I would ever be able to use it or not. I will put it away and hopefully one day I can give to a very young person with a very small hand, it does not work for me at all. I order products often and never had a negative experience until now.
