I really like this bag. If you have particularly large compacts, I wouldn't suggest using this, but if you aren't concerned about everything needing a place, this is a great option.I don't like how long the ripcord is after closing, but it doesn't bother me enough to want to try a different makeup bag.The edge isn't necessarily stiff (it is the ripcord holding it up), so I could see larger items rolling out. Hasn't been a problem for me so far.

I traveled with this cosmetic pouch, and it was perfect because there was not a lot of room on the counter in the hotel bathroom, and I was able to sit the pouch on what little surface there was and my make up stayed inside of it without falling over. It also makes it easy to see everything at one time and not have to reach in a regular zip up cosmetic bag to find That mascara all the way at the bottom. I will definitely purchase more and give them his gifts. They make great gifts and it’s something you would not think of buying yourself that is extremely helpful.
