UPDATE: Save your Money. Threw it in the garbage. Disappointed.
UPDATE: Originally I was experiencing a problem with the tank freezing, and the gauge worked for a few weeks but then it seemed to be 'locking up' and wasn't allowing propane to flow through. I tried it repeatedly and sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. I tapped it with a wrench to try 'knocking it loose' and that would work at times. Enough. I finally threw it in the garbage.ORIGINAL REVIEW: You can be certain tanks do freeze up in way above ambient freezing temperatures and does seriously affect propane delivery because it works on pressure not volume. I just got this gauge today-was excited, installed it and... it was in the yellow. WHAT??? I just filled the 10gal tank 2 days ago! I thought the lousy reviews of this gauge not reading accurately were true. But sure enough the furnace wasn't igniting and acting as if it wasn't getting propane. I switched to the main tank and things fired right up. I had wrapped the spare tank in a blanket to try keeping it warm (though only in the 40-45°F range). Seeing the gauge reading practically empty I unwrapped the blanket from the tank and the whole thing had a layer of ice all around it!!! I could feel the weight of the propane in the tank but almost no 'sloshing'. The propane was frozen! How does that happen in 40-45°F temperature range??? I brought the tank inside to warm it up before trying again. As far as I can tell the gauge is accurate in terms of reading pressure, not volume.

Aunque el producto parece estar muy bien hecho, no es compatible con el conector tipo 1 que traen los tanques en México. Como referencia, el tanque fue adquirido en un SAMS Club. Anexo imágenes del regulador que actualmente tengo y este medidor.
