I LOVE THIS BOOK! Easy to read, and helpful tips. After reading it all in one sitting (which is a lot of reading for me), I immediately decided to implement a few of the ideas noted in the book. I am happy to say I have been able to stick to a schedule of getting up a little earlier for the last two weeks. At the end of 2014, I was in a rut with my sleeping pattern. It was difficult to get out of bed by 6am because I was going to bed late and I felt sleep all day. Over the holiday, I someone managed to set my body clock and then implemented a few of the suggestions from this book. I plan to try a few more as I get into the groove.

Are you buying this for Morning Routine?

You should be buying this for much more.

This book,

- Deals on various useful topics related to life

- Each topic is well selected

- The basics of human life is considered for the book's construction

- The points given are fairly usable

- Connecting with the morning routine, these are actually boosters

The author seems to be fairly young for someone to present such a wonderful collection of information.

Rachel Rofe, has put a lot of effort into producing this book about 'Happiness', not just for herself but others. Within her pages she offers a 30 day challenge. Real simple and quick thought out ideas that one can easily adopt. My teenagers have fun with her tapping idea, and are often found around the house with a belly full of laughs.(Thanks Rachel they try using this to get out of doing the dishes) If your ever having a sad moment, not sure how to pull yourself through, then here's an idea. Put Rachel's 30 day challenge to work, and don't forget to plant your thoughts of thanks into her review section, of how you enjoyed your happy moments of life through her words. I'm sure this will make her happy too.

This is a very simple and easy read. It's very general so I took the things I want to incorporate & have to narrow it don't because I could easily spend 2 hrs on my morning routine!!! My challenge is finding the 6 I like best and doing them in 5 minutes.

This book was very inspiring and motivating. It was a quick read with plenty of easily achievable ideas.
I have read many morning routine books, blogs and articles, but I like how this book brings so many different ideas together. Well written with lots of resources. I love her style of writing. I highly recommend this book.

Some of the suggestions in this eBook I was already aware of and/or doing. But I did find a number of tips that were new to me and things I will try to incorporate into my morning routine such as:

-write a brag journal

-track how you feel before and after breakfast

-do eye exercises on a regular basis (with a link to Dr. Theresa Nesbitt's site for these)

and many more.

A quick and worthwhile read that just might help you get your day off to a better and more productive start! :-)

Not the kind of advice I expected, the author seems to be everywhere without making a real conclusion. Some few pointers but, apart from that, nothing that I could really use. In that case, I really recommend "What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast".

Another example of digital publishing. A book like this would never have been accepted by a real publisher.
There is nothing helpful in this.....just another person wanting to pretend they're an author.

I had read this book before but hadn’t done a review for whatever reason. I awoke early and knew that I wouldn’t get back to sleep, so I began doing a few jobs that I knew I would thank myself later for. I then decided to read this short ( but powerful ) book. I had already made some notes and highlights from last time so this helped me to get some traction. I soon recalled how easy it is to get engaged with the author’s ideas. Her enthusiasm reaches through the pages. Like me you may have thought that a five minute routine is not hard to do and you would be right. The trick is to do it consistently. This is a great simple action book where your participation (as opposed to passive reading) will be rewarded.
