The shoes fit well and are light in weight and comfortable but the soles delaminated after 3 days of easy wear. See photos.

I like these shoes just fine as I like flat and thin shoes for my work.
However these shoes have a designed hole in the sole between the lugs to drain water that might get in the shoe. For a runner that might be fine but for daily tennies just walking around on a rainy day results in wet socks. My nb mt10 minimus shoes do not have this hole. They should let people know that there is a hole in the sole. I am not a shoe expert and had no way to know that I was spending 100 bucks for shoes with a hole in em.
The laces on the black /green model is a little to bright but easily replaced with black. Looks great without looking too neon, very subtle.
Other than that they are extremely comfortable, and the tongue of the shoe is part of that comfort, it is a one sided tongue. Very durable and lightweight. Love em, I just can't wear em on a rainy day.
When I say fits as expected, I mean that I normally order NB 1/2 size larger than normal however these shoes do not follow that trend so I order the exact size that I am. So they fit as expected, if by that you mean they fit as my size should, not how NB normally fits.

I have now put over 100 miles on these and wanted to wait till then to give a review.

First off going from the New Balance website they have a "see how it fits" guide. Since I have been running in MT10's and MO10's I plugged those into the calculator and it indicated I should go a half size larger. This at least in my case is not correct. It is almost to the point of being too big, but since I have already run in them I couldn't send them back but I wanted to make everyone aware that I believe you should get whatever your actual size is and not a half size larger.

Alright onto the shoe. As I said before I am coming from the 4mm drop trail shoe. I finally decided to get a set of road shoes since most of my running is on cement and asphalt. I was also having problems with my IT band on my left knee and figured my current shoes had over 800 miles on them so it was time to get a new set.

Pros:
Surprising amount of cushion for a minimal shoe
Super light
I love the soles of these shoes, I feel like I could trail run in them too

Cons:
I lost the loop on the heel, I used this to attach them to the outside of my gym bag

Indifferent:
I am not sold on the new tongue yet but it might grow on me
Not for wet running, you WILL get wet feet (not really a problem though)
As I said before, get your true size not a half size larger per New Balance's website.

Overall these are great summer/fall shoe. I am going to have to get something different for the winter, I may get another pair of MO10's or the MT1010's.

I am a "on-your-feet" teacher who puts in 3.5 miles treading about campus and my classroom each day. Before discovering New Balance Minimus shoes my feet would be aching big time after a day at work. The Minimus shoes are exceptionally comfortable, light, and functional in my work setting. Although I'm not a runner (I should be though), I can see how these would be great. They feel like you are going about barefoot except with the appropriate support and protection. As an added bonus for me, I have both Morton's Neuroma and plantar fasciatis in both feet with a moderate amount of pain in both feet. I used to have custom made inserts that were not that great in relieving the pain. I don't notice any pain from my neuromas or fasciatis when wearing the Minimus shoes. Great deal for me.I love these shoes. They are totally worth the cost and I would buy another pair for sure.

I've lost bits and pieces of the tred starting within 10minutes of the first time I wore them. I suppose they are "running" shoes but I would expect them to be able to withstand semi-competitive volleyball in an indoor gym. I only use these shoes for working out or playing indoor intramural sports at my school and within 9 months I've lost half of my tred (it gets ripped off when you pivot because some the tred isn't fully connected to the rest of the tred, stupid). One of eyelets ripped when tying the shoe and the soles in both shoes are starting to peel away. I've never had a shoe fall apart so fast with such little use. Will never buy again.

I have been needing a pair of new running shoes (about 3 years too late) and had finally decided on this pair. I have never actually had New Balance running shoes before so I actually didn't really know what to expect. Upon receiving them (which was shipped very quickly) I opened the box to find that they looked exactly as I had hoped they would. I immediately put them on for a feel and they looked great. I would say my only complaint would be to get inserts for the shoes as they feel like the sole is pretty thin. I know some people do like the more barefoot feel, however, I enjoy a little more support. Like I said that's a very minor minor detail and more of a personal preference. I actually want to buy another pair so when the current ones I have eventually get worn to death I'll be able to continue using these shoes again. I have already worn them on a few runs and they are amazing. Great grip and good support. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone!

This shoes is perfect for forefoot strikers. If you do not run with this form these are not for you. The toe box has plenty of room for your toes to spread upon contact with the ground and the upper fits like a sock. The sole is very flexible, especially in the forefoot area. The heel and mid foot fit just as I would expect from any other shoe. Do not size up like the new balance website would recommend. I got my regular size and it fits exactly how I expected. It doesn't seem like you would need to wear socks with these because there are very minimal seams and the upper is extremely comfortable. They aren't for everyone, but they are exactly what I was looking for in a running shoe. I'm considering getting another pair for race days because they are extremely light, comfortable, and fast.

These Shoes were my first foray into minimalist running and they did not disappoint.

I logged over 400 miles in the shoes before they started to disintegrate and in my eyes that means they were durable enough.
very comfortable running shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent minimal running shoes

These have become my preferred shoe for road running over all distances. (For trail I am wearing the NB MT10v2, which is also great. Note this shoe, the MR10v2, has sufficient tread for dry trails.) I love these shoes - they are super light and responsive. Unlike some of the other shoes being marketed as low drop / minimal, these give definitely a firm, responsive ride and are not for you unless you have properly adapted your form. There is no foam to speak of at all. Comments on the drop - they are marketed as 4mm heel to toe, but to me, they feel flatter than this, quite similar to a zero in fact. However, unlike zeroes there is a little bit of support under the arch which I prefer to have for longer runs. In terms of fit: be wary of NB sizes - I am only 11.5 or 12 UK in other running shoes, but 12.5 in these. For me, the fit is exactly right for a minimal shoe - tight around the heel, but with plenty of room to spread out in the toe box. However, the fit feels secure even on moderate downhill sections. I have the D width fitting which is wide enough for me - put potentially I wonder if I could go to shorter length and get the 2E. In summary: an excellent minimal running shoe.

Spedizione, imballaggio e prodotto ottimi!
